WIRELESS WAITER AND BILL CALL SYSTEM

Wireless waiter and bill call system is a MCU based system which will be used in Restaurants for calling the waiter or bill. Every time calling the waiter becomes quite difficult for customers. So the customers really want to avoid such tedious formalities and hence this system allows a customer to call a waiter or bill by simply pressing keys installed there on their table. This system also makes it easier for the management to make sure if the request of a particular table has been taken. This concept can be used in various fields and is considered to reduce a lot of time and human effort.

So the customers really want to avoid such tedious formalities and hence this system allows a customer to call a waiter or bill by simply pressing keys installed there on their table. This system also makes it easier for the management to make sure if the request of a particular table has been taken. This concept can be used in various fields and is considered to reduce a lot of time and human effort.
In our system there is a main device and two table devices. There are two
switches and LED indicators allocated for each table device. The Main Device
consists of LED indicators for each
table device and reply switches. The main device communicates with each table
device one by one . The table device takes an order and stores. When the Master
calls the specific table, it sends the order previously stored.
Working Method:
1. Each customer table is provided with table device with unique ID.
2. There's main device at office or order receiving department.
3. Whenever customer uses device for waiter or bill call, a flag is set in the device to indicate waiter or bill requirement.
4. When main device monitors the table devices one by one (which is done at tremendous speed) , the table device with flag set for request will send the request.
5. Finally main device will indicate the request and assigned personnel will forward the message.
