An automatic gate is installed in some organization needing security. The system allows only registered vehicles whose RFID is added into the system. It operates as follows:-
An automatic gate is installed in some organization needing security. The system allows only registered vehicles whose RFID is added into the system. It operates as follows:-
1.
The gate is kept closed and system waits for RFID from a vehicle needing to
enter through the secured automated gate.
2.
When the vehicle arrives, a key for sending RFID is pressed and the RFID is
received by the gate’s system.
3.
The system checks its database to know if the RFID is valid or invalid.
4.
For valid RFID, gate is opened automatically with the help of controlled motor and
closed after 10-15 seconds if any new valid RFID isn’t received till the time
interval.
5.
For every valid RFID, an LCD display is used to show the vehicle’s number,
owner’s name and entry or exit condition.
6.
The record of vehicle’s entered and exit is stored in the system and finally
transferred to computer.
7.
The computer is also used to update RFID database in the system.
